Vino zlatne boje, na mirisu nudi vrlo jasne, precizne I zapanjujuće sveže voćne arome kajsije, kore limuna, azijskog tropskog voća. Na ukusu vino je punoga tela, veoma elegantno, intenzivno I kompleksno. Osećaju se I začinske ali i voćne slatkaste arome azijskog tropskog voća, kore limuna, grejpa praćene aromama kamilice I pčelinjeg voska. Vino izuzetne strukture, prijatnih kiselina I mineralnosti I duge perfektno izbalansirane završnice. Ovo je vino za gastronomiju koje će sazrevati odležavanjem I savršen je pratilac svih spicy jela od Orijentalne do Azijske kuhinje, jakih sireva i deserata na bazi voća.

The 2013 Gewurztraminer Réserve is the result of a rigorous grape selection and only produced in the best years like 2007 and 2011 (but not in 2008, 2009, 2012 and 2014). The grapes were sourced mostly around Ribeauvillé, in Bergheim, Hunawihr, Riquewihr and in the Grand Cru Mandelberg in Mittelwihr. The wine offers very clear, precise and stunningly fresh fruit aromas on the nose (apricots and cumquats along with lemon thyme and lemon zest). Full-bodied, rich and very elegant on the palate this is an intense, lush and sweet but also spicy and well structured Gewurztraminer with a salty and piquant, tension giving acidity and a long and mineral, perfectly balanced finish. Very stimulating and promising though still with restrained power. This Gewurz goes into the markets by end of 2016 and will surely improve with bottle age. It should be a perfect match for spicy dishes of the oriental or Asian cuisine.
