Vino sazreva 18 meseci u malim buradima od francuskog hrasta (225l). Vino tamno rubin boje sa ljubičastim tonovima. Na mirisu nudi intezivne arome zrele kupine, crne trešnje I ribizle sa notama bibera I karanfilića. Na ukusu podseća na crnu ribizlu, malinu I vanilu sa notama kedra i duvana. Ovaj Cabernet Sauvignon je punog tela, veoma kompleksno I elegantno vino, svilenkastih tanina I duge završnice.

James Suckling - review

This is a beautiful Cabernet Sauvignon with pretty ripe fruit and currants, blackberries and spices. Full and silky. Fine finish. Drink or hold.

I was very pleasantly surprised by the 2017 Catena Alta Cabernet Sauvignon, which has a very classical nose, combining the herbal character of the grape with good ripeness of the year, resulting in a very complete wine, nicely textured and with the serious tannins from the variety. I was very impressed by the 2016, and this follows the same path. 33,600 bottles produced. It was bottled in November 2018.
