Kao ‘pink’ varijanta Brut Carte Jaune, Veuve Clicquot Rose ima istu strukturu: Da bi završio osnovu, tehnolog dodaje mešavinu crvenih vina koja potiću od odabranog crnog grožđa da obezbedi čudesnu ravnotežu ovog jedinstvenog roze vina. 50 do 55% Pinot Noir obezbeđuje intenzitet Clicquot stila. 15 do 20% Pinot Meunier zaokružuje kupažu. 28 do 33% Chardonnay daje prefinjenost i eleganciju.

This seems drier than its stablemate, the famous Yellow Label, and is the better for it. There is an urgent freshness here, driven by red currants and tight plum skin flavors. It is lively but full in the mouth, and shows just the right bottle age.
